Joseph Loses Appeal

Popular Canberra trainer Barbara Joseph has lost her appeal against the severity of a two month suspension for the use of a prohibited substance.
The Joseph-trained Follow The Command was found to have the banned aminocaproic acid in his system after winning at Wagga Wagga in August, 2009.
Joseph received a second two month suspension for having a non-registered substance in her stable with the bans to be served concurrently.
Racing NSW has given permission for an interim period of seven days for Joseph's son and training partner Paul Jones to take over as sole trainer.
