App K Cunningham (NUTGRASS), in the presence of her master Mr P Cunningham, was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under AR 137(a) in that after the 800m she failed to make sufficient effort to prevent her mount from shifting in when insufficiently clear of REMEMBER TOM (G Snowden), thereby crowding that horse and causing it to clip the heels of her mount and fall. App Cunningham was subsequently suspended from riding in races for a period to expire on Sunday 25th August 2002 on which day she may ride.
