On jumping away STRATEGIC HIT shifted in and hampered CAPTAIN SINBAD.

Stewards questioned Mr S Brown, rider and trainer of COSTA KEYS which performed poorly. S Brown could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance other than it had raced only a week ago and perhaps was not able to back up so soon after its last run. The clubs veterinary surgeon inspected COSTA KEYS subsequent to the event and reported that he could find no apparent abnormality. A swab sample was taken from COSTA KEYS.
