Industry Night Planned for Adelaide

Thoroughbred Racing SA will host an industry information evening at Morphettville Racecourse on Monday, November 25.

TRSA Chief Executive Mr. John Cameron said the meeting was called upon to keep the industry up to date and to address a number of current issues.

"The evening will highlight last year’s achievements but most importantly give an update on trends of today’s industry’s position," Cameron said. "There will also be a number of guest speakers with updates in their respective areas as well. I encourage anyone interested to come along."

The guest speakers include Racing Minister, The Hon. Michael Wright, who will discuss racing issues, SATAB General Manager Bruce Houston, who will give an update on the SA TAB, TRSA Chairman Stephen Harvey, who will update the annual report and TRSA Business and Development Manager Glenn Hardy, who will speak on marketing initiatives within Prosperity 2005.

The information evening will begin at 6pm in the Leilani Room and is open to both the industry and the public, although those wishing to attend must RSVP by Tuesday November 19. To do so contact Ann Van Trigt on (08) 8179 9802.
