Race 3 - Redbank Hcp 2048m

1st - Olongopo (brown gelding 7 yrs Stargazer-Countess Nearco) ridden by Wayne Kerford. He is trained by Bill Peake for himself and JC Gray.
2nd - Buffalo Power
3rd - Outside the Square

Race 4 - Hurdle 3284m

Exceptional Chance raced clear into the straight and despite stepping through the final jump went on to an easy victory from the Rampager with Brush With Fame running on for third. Kastabon was pulled out of the race before the second last fence as the jockey felt the horse had changed stride and that he may have struck himself.

1st - Exceptional Chance (bay gelding 7yrs Random Chance - Prestissimo) ridden by Jimmy Mansell.  He is trained by John A O'Connor for DA Barnao, MC Gracie and M O'Connor.
2nd - The Rampager
3rd - Brush With Fame

Race 5 - Wylie Hcp 1050m

Court Hero led Star Hit until straightening where the mare surged to the lead as Great Glen looked for an inside run with Glenwest, Romilada, Kurt and Mighty Raja running on out wider. Star Hit had too much in reserve winning by 3/4 length from the strong finish of Great Glen with Romilada third after being wide throughout as was the fourth placed Glenwest.

1st - Star Hit (bay mare 5yrs Euclase-Corona) ridden by David Tootell. She is trained by Gary Kennewell for himself, BKH & G Priess and RD Coleman.

Race 6 - Mares Hcp 1200m

1st - Carlin (brown mare 5yrs Scenic-Regal Walk) ridden by Paul Gatt. She is trained by Paul Seater for BC & S Foster.
2nd - Our Fame
3rd - Burzam

Race 7 - Class 6 Hcp 1200m

1st - Jezarich (bay mare 5yrs Zedrich - Sean's Crown) trained by John Hickmott for N & T How, L & S Harvey, P Brown, S Vandenbrink and K & I Nolan.
2nd - Sure Bet
3rd - I Ken

Race 8 - Open Hcp 1600m

1st - Danish Storm (bay horse 5yrs Danehill-Torrential Storm) ridden by Simon Price. He is trained by Tony McEvoy for LC Yung.
