Stewards conducted an inquiry into the urine sample taken from Kooda Hurry following the running of the Happy Giggle Handicap at Cheltenham Park on 31^st August 2002 which, upon analysis, was found to have contained the anti-respiratory drug, Clenbuterol.

After considering evidence from the Trainer of Kooda Hurry, Mr. John Dunn, a part-owner Mr. S. K. Lee and Dr. J. Vine, Racing Analytical Services Limited, Mr. Dunn was found guilty of a charge under ARR 178 and fined $4,000.

Submissions were also considered from Mr. Dunn and Mr. Lee in respect of ARR 177. Stewards disqualified Kooda Hurry from the Happy Giggle Handicap at Cheltenham Park on 31^st August 2002.
