Awards Continue for Bellotto's Progeny

Zip Zip Aray was crowned 2002 South Australia's Champion Racehorse of the Year, in recognition of his outstanding performances in the 2001/02 season, where he progressed from a Cheltenham 3yo Maiden on Melbourne Cup Day 2001 to winning the G2 Yallambee Stakes in early May, and topping his season off with a win in the G1 Goodwood Handicap a week later.
The other award winner by Bellotto is his G2 winning, and G1 producing son, Clang. Clang was awarded the Champion 2yo Stallion and Champion Stallion of the Year awards in Queensland.
His progeny have won at the highest level, with Calaway Gal flying the flag winning the G1 Golden Slipper, and Clangalang coming through the ranks.
