Being under the care of Mark Kavanagh and having the services of Chad Lever Invincible Diva was in the first two throughout the event and beat the $2.50 favourite Owners Priority for visiting trainer Darren Weir and apprentice Billy Egan. Court Ya $12 was another one and a quarter lengths away third for Paula Trenwith and her apprentice Amy Herrmann.

Supporters of the $2.30 favourite collected when the Tim Snelling trained Matthew Neilson mount Aetos recorded a short half head win in the 1250 metre sixth race.
