Perth Cup - Final Field & Barriers

Topweight Newport has drawn kindly in barrier one for this Friday's $400,000 Group Two BMW Perth Cup (2400m).

The Paul Perry trained galloper will have the services of recently married jockey Brad Rawiller in the saddle.

Meanwhile South Australian visitor, Right Fong, will start from barrier 17.

Right Fong has won two of his last three starts, with both of those wins recorded at Flemington.

Elsewhere, winner of the C.B Cox Stakes (2100m) Lords Ransom drew gate two while runner-up in the same race, the David Hayes trained Largo Lad, was allocated gate 19 at this afternoon's barrier draw.
